I have done this job for 7 years, I have been in every kind of home and I have seen many different issues. This means that I can quickly work out what is going on and how to solve the issues in your home.

I have a very well trained eye (my friends call me Hawkeye) which can spot issues, take in a lot of information at once and see what is going on within your home. Not only with clutter but also what systems would help to improve it. I can see what is working, what is not and create systems around that.

I look at the home as a whole, what may appear to be a single issue often is a symptom of other things going on throughout the home. I am always looking for a house to function as a whole with the flow of things moving efficiently in ways that work for the people who live there.

Bespoke Organising Solutions

I do not have a one size fits all approach to organising. I look at what is going on now, lifestyle and time pressures to create systems that work for you and your family. The systems I put in need to work for everyone and not just add time consuming jobs for one already very busy person. I aim for simplicity in everything I do.

For example folding clothing looks great but if you have a busy lifestyle and children this can be an additional burden which takes a lot of time. Most people do not want laundry to take longer. You can be organised without adding time consuming jobs.

Help with Decision Making and Accountability

Do you often get stuck and overwhelmed when sorting your own items? When your home is full of lots of items, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed: What do I keep? What if I need it later? Where should this go?

I help to decide not only where to start but a clear guided path through the messy bit once we get going (things get messier before they get tidier). Where you may have become overwhelmed in the past and shoved things back, I will help you get through the difficult bit and out of the other side.

I offer an objective, judgement free support system throughout working together. I help to keep you going, talk through any blockages that come up and find great solutions. I find that I often have a fun day with Clients and they enjoy the process.

When we buy our homes we have visions of how it will be used. Sometimes we manage this and sometimes we never quite have the time to make it work as intended. I look at the home as a whole, how it is working, how it is not, what you want from the areas and work out how to get there. Making the most of the space that you have and using clever ways to store things is something I love to bring to homes. Clients often ask about buying storage in advance, however we need to declutter and organise first so we know what we need to store.

I bring a fresh eye to spaces and can suggest storage, changes to layouts and bigger changes that could help the home to function and look better.
